Theresa Brand brings a wealth of experience, a strong sense of integrity, and a people-first approach to her role as Property Manager. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Theresa and her family made New Zealand home in 2008, settling in the Bay of Plenty in 2016.

With a 27-year background in medical laboratory science and patient care, Theresa developed exceptional skills in building trust, understanding individual needs, and providing solutions with empathy. After five years in residential sales, she embraced the opportunity to transition into property management—combining her passion for people with her commitment to achieving outstanding results for both landlords and tenants.

Theresa believes that success in property management comes down to honest communication, excellent interpersonal skills, strong organisation, and a positive attitude to navigate challenges. Now based in Papamoa Beach, she enjoys renovating her home with her husband, bringing the same dedication and attention to detail to both her personal and professional life.
